Prosocial offers a worldview and suite of processes with tools that have been shown to improve our capacity to respond to our collaborative challenges profoundly. Consequently, what is intrinsically important for all concerned becomes the central organising principle as we prototype change and learn together what works best for the well-being of all. This approach has reliably led to sustained systemic and holistic transformation.

Awareness

Awareness is foundational to developing the insight and wisdom required for healthy cultural evolution.

We cannot afford to remain blind to what is needed personally and collectively. This is about the inner work we need to do to become leaders in our own right, leading with awareness as we co-create together within the dynamics of the system we are a part of.

Relationship

We are in relationships all the time, with other people and with all beings and resources on our planet.

We need to cooperate as a species if we are to evolve in a healthy direction. This is about the outer work of reweaving our cultural and institutional fabric, building relationships between individuals, groups, and groups of groups so that together we become a force for good – a co-creative force that consequently brings about the change we want to see in the world.

Culture

Culture has been defined as 'how we do things around here'.

Culture is an embodiment or ongoing expression of our values through action; how we relate to ourselves, others, and the environment. As we increase our awareness of what is intrinsically important and improve the quality of our relationships, we naturally pull together and create cultures where everybody feels that they belong and are valued. We naturally pull together to respond to what matters most now and in the long run.
